How to choose right sheet metal panel bending machine accord to your own factory request.

1.Feeding method

At present, there are mainly two feeding methods in the bending center. One is suction cup feeding, which uses a negative pressure pump to vacuum and absorb the sheet. This requires a smooth and flat surface of the sheet to ensure that the workpiece will not be misplaced during feeding and rotation.
The other is the pressing arm type feeding. The workpiece is clamped by the upper and lower jaws. This method does not require the surface of the plate to be smooth and flat. There are pores, surface indentations or a more complicated line of workpieces. As long as there is a place for loading The clip is fine, but the suction cup style won’t work. The pressing jaws of the pressing arm are generally relatively small and can be adapted to smaller-sized workpieces.
The suction cup type equipment is very different from the press arm type in structure and feeding principle, and there is also a big difference in price. If the suction cup type equipment can meet the demand, then the suction cup type bending center may be selected. Good choice.

2.Workpiece unfolded material size

Compared with the equipment of 2.5 meters, the difference between 1-meter equipment and 2.5-meter equipment is still very large. The biggest advantage of the bending center is in mass production.

3.Work piece thickness

When choosing a bending machine, customers need to determine whether it is a standard type or a customized type according to the thickness of the workpiece. The maximum bending thickness of the standard model is 2.0mm. If the enterprise has higher bending thickness requirements, it can choose the customized type. Up to 3.0mm thick.

4.Bending shape

Why do you need to customize the bending center that uses the universal mold? It is because when our lower folding knife folds up the last edge, the inclined surface of the pressing knife will collide with our workpiece, so that our last edge cannot be folded at 90 degrees. In this case, it is necessary to customize the upper pressing knife according to the process of the workpiece, and cut off the collision part appropriately, so that the bending can be realized.
There are many types of tool customization, which are mainly analyzed according to the specific bending process of the workpiece. The tools are all independently developed and produced, so they can flexibly provide customized services for customers.
